By using the MrWed.com Website or registering to use the services offered, you are stating that you have read and understand the Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you choose to use this site or its services, including but not limited to Your Wedding Website, Online Announcements & Invitations, Bridal Purse and Local Merchant Listings, you are responsible for your own content, as well as the consequences of posting such content. You will not post copyrighted material, unless you own the copyrights to such material, or you have permission to use and post such material. You will not post rude, obscene, illegal, hateful, embarrassing, or otherwise hurtful images or content. You will use the services for their intended purposes, and will not use the posted material to make fraudulent or false claims. Your posted content will be truthful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and up-to-date and will not contain viruses or any other harmful or deleterious programs. You will not transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright or right of publicity. You will not impersonate any other person or organization.
You will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password, username and/or account number, and will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account. You agree to immediately notify MrWed.com of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security related to the MrWed.com Website. MRWED.COM CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY SAFEGUARD YOUR USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD, OR ANY MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION NOT AUTHORIZED BY THE ACCOUNT OWNER.
You will not access the website to collect personal or impersonal information about other persons for abuse or misuse; access the website to obtain a list of users of the website; access or use any secure or non-public areas of the website without authorization; or use posted email addresses or contact information for spamming, unsolicited messages or junk mail.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances will MrWed.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if such parties were advised of, knew of or should have known of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your (or anyone using your account's) use of the MrWed.com Website.

MrWed.com makes no warranty regarding any goods or services listed, advertised, purchased or obtained through use of the MrWed.com website or any transactions entered into through the MrWed.com Website.

You agree that MrWed.com may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to review content for approval, and to respond to service, billing or technical issues. Edits to content may be suggested by MrWed.com before approval.
MrWed.com reserves the right to change the Terms or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms Of Service on the MrWed.com site.
The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho and the United States of America, excluding their conflict of law provisions.
All statements in this document and the following pertain to the terms of use and service for MrWed.com, Your Wedding Website, Bridal Purse & Online Announcement services. Your Wedding Website may be deleted from the site and from the database 30 days after your stated ceremony date in your announcement. If you wish to terminate your account or remove your online wedding announcement from MrWed.com prior to that time frame, you must send a written request for termination to MrWed.com, either by mail or email. If your guests choose to participate in The Bridal Purse,
$2.00 will be credited to your account for each guest
that participates. Within 4-6 weeks after the date
of your ceremony, MrWed.com will ship the complimentary Wedding Memories
CD™ along with a personal check for the balance of your Bridal
Purse account.
All statements in this document and the following pertain to the terms of use and service for MrWed.com's Paid Local Merchant Listing program and the Complimentary Local Merchant Listing service. This site is only provided to eligible wedding industry professionals, service providers, retailers or similar. BY SUBMITTING YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION TO MRWED.COM AND COMPLETING THE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A MRWED.COM ACCOUNT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MRWED.COM TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE.
The Complimentary Local Merchant Listing Service
is FREE. BILLING PROCEDURES AND COSTS FOR SERVICES: PREMIUM LOCAL MERCHANT LISTING PROGRAM The cost for the Premium Local Merchant Listing
is: MrWed.com Once your payment is received and clear, your Premium
Local Merchant Listing will be made live at MrWed.com. If your check
or money order is not received within 30 days after
the creation of your completed account, your account information will
be deleted from our database. MrWed.com will charge a $20
